Sima Baktaş

Sima Baktaş graduated from Bahçeşehir University Law School with an undergraduate degree in law and pursued additional studies in Political Science and Public Administration at Anadolu University. She further specialized her legal education by completing the American Law Program at Fordham University in New York. Most recently, she graduated with distinction from the Global Blockchain Technology Master's program at the University of Barcelona as a scholarship recipient.

Sima Baktaş has developed profound expertise in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Capital Market Law, Fintech, and Information Technology Law, with a particular emphasis on emerging technologies such as cryptocurrencies and blockchain-based projects (ICO, IDO, DeFi, NFT, etc.). Her extensive knowledge in these fields has earned her entrepreneur awards from prestigious institutions, including the World Bank, Bahçeşehir University, and Marmara University.
