Kevser Öztürk

Kevser Öztürk leads the Litigation Department at GlobalB Law. She represents domestic and international clients in administrative, civil, and criminal proceedings, with a particular focus on the technical and procedural complexities that decide difficult cases.

Her recent work includes compensation claims under Law No. 5233, the special compensation regime for damages arising from terrorism and counter-terrorism activities — covering village evacuations, agricultural losses, livestock damages, and deprivation of property use. She advises clients through every stage of the process, from Damage Assessment Commission filings to administrative-court challenges of insufficient expert reports.
