Sibel Ülker

Sibel Ülker serves as Legal Assistant at GlobalB Law and Training Coordinator for the GlobalB-affiliated Law-Agenda certified legal training programs. Her work spans applied training camps on the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK), applied legal practice, information-technology law, and international legal programs, as well as Legal Talks events. She is the operational point of contact between programs, instructors, and participants.
