Join GlobalB Law's Istanbul corporate team as a 3–5 year associate working alongside partners on inbound and outbound M&A, joint ventures, and ongoing corporate counsel for high-growth Turkish and US-linked clients.

You will draft and negotiate transaction documents end-to-end, coordinate cross-border diligence, and own client communication on day-to-day matters. The role offers direct partner exposure and a clear path to senior associate within 18 months.

• Istanbul Bar admission with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience at a top-tier firm
• Native Turkish + fluent English (drafting and negotiation level)
• Demonstrated M&A or capital markets experience — share-purchase agreements, due diligence, signing/closing mechanics
• Comfortable working US business hours twice a week
