Sima Baktas, Esq.
Founder / Lawyer
Sima Baktas is an Attorney-at-Law specializing in IT Law, International Trade Law, and Blockchain, Cryptocurrency Law. She graduated from Bahcesehir University Faculty of Law and completed her undergraduate studies at Anadolu University in Political Science and Public Administration. Baktas studied American Law at Fordham University in New York.
She currently manages Law Agenda (www.law-agenda.com), an initiative for law students and lawyers, and frequently hosts blockchain-related summits and venues throughout the Mediterranean region. Additionally, Baktas is a qualified EU project trainer and instructor with over 12 years of experience in this field. She has been active in more than 20 Civil Society Projects and has been an instructor in more than 50 PCM pieces of training.
Currently, she continues to work in the fields of attorneyship and training within the scope of GlobalB Law Firm and the GlobalB Company she founded.
